I had Famille Closets come in and design a closet for my oldest son. Brigitte was awesome when she came and provided me with 3 different digital designs which I picked from. Famille closets were quick and responsive. They are driven by delivering what the customer needs and I felt heard and confident when working with Ayo. A rare circumstance came up where my doors were delivered to him slightly damaged ( I probably would not have noticed ) but his attention to detail and commitment to deliver high end product , Ayo pointed this out to me , still installed the doors but re-ordered new ones for him to install at a later date. He was quick to rectify the situation and provide compensation. This type of service was unexpected and pleasantly surprising. My closet is STUNNNNNING. I had a fantastic experience working with Famille Closets! From my very first information request, they impressed me with how quickly they responded—within just a few hours. The turnaround time was fast, and the designs were thoughtfully customized to fit what I was looking for, unique to each space and each person in our family. We had three closets done: a master walk-in and two children’s bedroom closets in our new home. As someone who is highly organized, having beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing closets has made me so happy. Everything now has a place, and we can all find what we need with ease.
